Active Isolated Stretching

ADULT_AISBend, twist and lift better and recover faster with TSCA focused Active Isolated Stretching (AIS) class. It’s a proven method used by athletes, massage therapists, trainers and professionals to enhance flexibility and encourage recovery after a workout.

In AIS, you use a rope to gently help pull muscles a little farther than your body would ordinarily allow, then hold the stretch for only two seconds. It’s a method that reprograms your body to remember new ranges of motion, so you see fast improvements in flexibility, better circulation and increased elasticity of muscle joints and fascia.

This class is open to all levels of ability.
